ALCOHOL

In order to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all, we have made the difficult decision to prohibit guests from bringing alcohol on site.

Our experience has shown that unregulated alcohol can lead to an increase in anti-social behaviour, which we want to avoid. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding in this matter.

Enjoy a short walk to our stunning award winning bays and beaches, with picturesque sunsets and scenery, and of course, the many wonderful restaurants and bars that embrace the cafe culture of enjoying good food alfresco.

With the addition of being located in Kent 'The Garden of England', you will be spoilt for choice on what to do next.

We are located in the large village of St. Peters, and the bustling coastal town of Broadstairs.

​

Just off the main road, hidden down a short track, you will find us, with farmland on three sides,

our Luxury bell tents are discreetly tucked away in our mini-meadow behind the farmhouse.

​

Gone are the days of sprawling campsites with acres of fields. We aim for a small, boutique style of AIR B & B glamping in a little seaside haven.

​

 And, with the option of pamper treatments and hot tubs you can rest assured your stay will be the ultimate in relaxation.

We have a range of experiences that can make your stay even more special. If you're looking for some extra indulgence, you can visit our unique barn. Here, you can unwind with a drink and enjoy the peacefulness of our intimate site. Additionally, you can book a luxurious treatment in our pamper bell for the ultimate pampering experience and make your stay truly unforgettable.

Broadstairs is the perfect seaside town, its beaches and bays are filled with old charm.

As Charles Dickens’ favourite holiday location you can spend your day exploring the many Dickens attractions around the beautiful old town.

Additionally you can spot where he wrote “David Copperfield” and visit Bleak House. 

One week in June every year, costumed characters take over the streets of Broadstairs for the Dickens Festival which is a visual spectacular. The town continues to court its visitors with a delightful mix of beautiful bays, countryside walks and tiny, character-packed streets.

The town is captivating -  but the full glory of Broadstairs is not revealed until Harbour Street has finished inching its way towards the sea.

Follow the town around its twisting and winding streets until you reach the end, then as so many before you, fall in love with the glorious Viking Bay – a wide sweep of golden sand basking against a backdrop of cliffs and picture perfect Victorian and Edwardian architecture that stretches before you.
