Please note that the deposit will be deducted from your final invoice.

In order to confirm your booking, we require a deposit of £10 per person.

Please be aware that this deposit is non-refundable and cannot be returned in case of cancellation or if the number of guests is less than the original booking.

We kindly remind you that the lead Booker assumes full responsibility for the entire invoice, which cannot be broken down to individual guests. Please note that the final invoice cannot be altered in case of any circumstances leading to guests' failure to arrive. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

HEN/BIRTHDAY/ LARGE GROUPS

As part of our standard policy for large groups, we kindly request a security deposit of £200. This deposit will be fully refundable upon completion of a thorough inspection of the site and facilities, ensuring that they are left in the same pristine condition as they were hired.

This is to be paid in cash on arrival so it can be immediately returned on checkout if no issues are raised.

 PEAK SEASON MAY - SEPT

Are you looking for a way to secure your stay during the peak season from May to September? We advise booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

If you need to reserve two different dates while waiting for confirmation from your party, we can hold them for you for 14 days with an additional deposit of £100, which will be deducted from your final balance. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with either date.

FINAL PAYMENTS

​

Please note that 50% of the outstanding balance of the invoice becomes due eight weeks prior to your stay. Failure to settle the payment will result in the cancellation of your booking, and you will not receive a refund of any deposit or monies paid.

We offer two payment options for settling the final balance of your booking. You can either make a bank transfer no later than 14 days prior to your arrival or pay in cash on the day of your arrival. Please select the option that is most convenient for you.

We appreciate your decision to choose our venue for your upcoming stay. We would like to remind you that as per our policy, the lead Booker is responsible for collecting all monies due from the party and must arrive on time (3 pm) for check-in. It is mandatory to make full payment of the balance before we can allow any guests on site. We request your kind cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
